I've been lurking since I belatedly signed up for QF & VA frequent flier programs in April last year....travelling domestically for work on a regular basis and being rather unsystematic about who I fly with given corporate policy and 'cheapest flight' protocol. This leaves me with Silver status on both airlines and half-formed plans of a SC run with QF before the end of the month (more on that elsewhere!)
The 'hermit' handle is very accurate as far as personal travel is concerned - something that I am planning on rectifying this year (although I did express similar sentiments last year....)
