Hey YQY how do you find the hyatt hotels for service etc, and what is the gold passport program like. I normally have a few nights a year at the Coolum or Gold Coast Hyatt and have always been well looked after, although the Gold Coast hyatt is getting a little tired and could do with a refurb in some areas.
