Good resource to understand the jargon and system more?

So I've got a QBR Amex that I've had since not long before covid and amassed over 1.1 million points thus far. God only knows when I'll be able to use them given my inability to take a holiday and the general state of flying right now, so I want to try and garner a better understanding of flights and codes and all that I've read about on this site and others.
Any good resources for a newbie trying to make the most of future plans? I see things about this letter seat class, and status points and access to certain things and it's quite a dense bit of info to parse. I want to be able to better make use of my QFF and flying in general as I aim to fly more for the business starting next year.
