Gold Status bonus on JQ incorrect

Hi all,

Just thought I would post in case anyone else has the same problem.

My wife is a QFF Gold and I am Plat, when flying QF, JQ.etc we are meant to get a status bonus points of 75% & 100% respectively.

In December we had 2 JQ flights, MEL-OOL-MEL and recently OOL-MEL.

The points/SC's posted quickly and I had really never taken any notice before of whether the status bonus was correct or not.

For me as a plat it was correct with 100% bonus points credited. However my wife who is a Gold only got 50% bonus points on her JQ flights, (50% is what silver are meant to get). Yet her QF flights had correct status bonus of 75%.

She has since emailed QFF for points adjustments for the extra 25% missing on her JQ flights.

So if you Gold and have flown on JQ, (especially where the minimum points guarantee doesn't apply) check your statements to see if your status bonus is correct at 75%.
Please post here if you find an issue, would be good to know whether it is all Golds or just my wife.

QFF called back yesterday, said they have escalated this to get investigated and fixed.

Any Golds managed to check your statements yet?

I checked my wife's (SG) last 2 j• flights (sept and dec 13). Both were credited correctly

Forgot to update on this QFF said they are still investigating but they did say that this has impacted thousands of people.
