Does anybody have any contacts for Australian/Asia-Pacific Gold Passport representative or is it all done out of the US?
I emailed a hotel staff with an enquiry early last week, to which she said it had been forwarded to Gold Passport and they would contact me directly...Yet no word :confused:
 
Good question! I'm also trying to find a Diamond line in Australia but no luck.

I've just been calling the US number and they've been really helpful so it hasn't been too much of a problem.

Hope you found a solution jackthomas!
 
I've just been calling the Australian line which has a number online, and they usually say " we don't need to forward you to Diamond services, I can do it" haha

Might try AU next time. The US staff are brilliant. I did have to be put through to a "Gold Passport team member" today so that I could change the rate on a booking while preserving a DSU, but it was no trouble at all.

OT: I'm thinking I need to seriously focus on re-qualifying now – I don't want to lose this status next year. It's too good!

I've found that the US staff has been much better than the Australian staff. The Australian hotline sometimes don't know what they are talking about and are more stricter - such as you can't book a Hyatt Diamond Suite Upgrade for stays after March 1st this year until the DSUs have been released. The US staff though are pretty cool and more lenient.

As always - do a HUACA - or wait till another time to call if you do not get your desired outcome or answer - that's what I do.
