Seems many of the African and South American cities are not possible to book online as a classic award origin.

Do you have to call for these? Anyone booked one?

as i understand it, ex brazil should not have any YQ charged by law!
 
You'll probably have to call. IME availability around South America can be patchy but it does exist. Good luck.
