Did you check back through to when the transactions were made?

Not sure what you are asking.

All of the purchases for the MasterCards were made during the active period for the offer.

I looked through my account over the weekend and all credits have posted. Shame about the lack of supply this time. My FB balance has been picking up quite nicely. Will soon be able to make an Etihad redemption. Anyone have any experience of how long a transfer from FB to Etihad takes?

Issue is that the bonus flybuys will be entered on the activity statement as on the day you bought the cards even though they did actually credit later

The two I did were 2 days

Does anyone one have an email address to contact flybuys?

All I can see are a phone number and a postal address.

Don't need e-mail. I contacted them for some random offer I had no idea about. All you need to go is to log in to your account, then look for About section / short cut at the very bottom of the screen, click FAQs, then click on any random question (any you like, doesn't matter), click "NO" for "Was this answer helpful?", a contact form would open up for your to write to them.

Still waiting on Fathers Day bonuses :(

Several emails later the points have finally been credited. Well after the stated time frame.

Incredibly frustrating how you are constantly required to chase these things up.

I wonder how many times Coles and Woolies fail to pay out on points as they claimed they would and no one notices???

I acquired a chunk of gift cards at 5% off for multiple retail stores including Coles, Woolies, Myer, David Jones and many more. Sounded really good but the e gift vouchers are delivered in very low dollar amounts of $50,$100 and $200. I am wearing out my colour printer and I am not even half way.

Cove, I buy the Woollies egift cards from cash rewards (most recently at 5.75% off face value) in $500 maximum face value and they have an app I can load them into. Very easy to keep track of and pay with at the checkout.
Might Coles have something similar? I've only ever bought physical DJS & MYR cards. Interested if they have something similar.
