sometimes mistakes are made and you need to ring them up...or I believe you can do it on line too

Secure message online via "contact us", "send email" will get you there.

Tell them points are incorrect and they will address it, rather rapidly usually.

I've had excellent success with this same method. Really easy and usually fixed within the day in my experience.

Does anyone know if gift cards are activated at the point of purchase?

As point out above most of the big cards are active immediately eg Bunnings, Myer etc etc. Some of the smaller retailers cards can take overnight to activate though.

I bought some DJS cards from woolies last year and they took a day or two to activate.
Coles MC GCs I bought recently activated at the checkout.

DJs and Rebel are the two that I've used that take overnight

I was quite embarrassed at rebel once when a card I only just bought was continually rejected. The rebel gcs might be a different vendor though, the barcode style is different to others wow sell

and this just came through from CashReward - how to get more REAL dollars from WoW.
Discount up from 5% to 5.5%.

Useful as the other way I can get discount Wish Cards does not take AMEX so easy decision coming up.

Offer ends June 14 or earlier (hmmm marketing ploy perhaps to get the sales up going into the June 30 quarter end - no I'm not a cynic but a realist!).

Am I too much like Oliver?

Wondering if there will be a Big W offer coming hard on its heels perhaps?

Has this been answered before ?
Was having a look at Aussie post visa load and go. I can buy a $500 card for a 6.95 fee and pay using Amex it seems . (Has a Amex logo on the pay page) .

Can I reload again using Amex? Seems like a good way to use my Amex to load the Visa card, then use the Visa card where Amex is not usually accepted!?

Not sure, but so be sure to do the maths first. 1.39% is a large fee that might mean your points aren't cheap

It would appear NOT

Has anyone/everyone received their bonus FB points from the recent Coles gift MC promotion yet? We are now in the fourth week after the promotion finished so they still have a few days to credit I suppose.

As it so happens, i was just checking the remaining balances on the MC gcs and noticed that the last one was loaded on May 17.

So we'll have to hang out another week before getting anxious (justifiably that is!)
