This Coles promotion promotion is stupid and unfair. I got the offer today but of course there's no stock in my area. Either there never was any stock or it has been cleaned out by people who were given the offer a few days ago. At least the Woolworths offer was fair and was available to everybody at the same time.

Went to Coles today to purchase a couple of $100 prepaid cards and was informed by the cashier that they don't scan flybuy cards for prepaid cards. Had to explain that it was a Father's day bonus from Flybuy and also showed the cashier the email. She wasn't really convinced and muttered .... "Ok only this time".

I've been told no flybuys, but what the hell just scan it anyway, nothing to loose. Alternatively, sometimes just politely reach in and scan it yourself to be helpful whilst smiling.

Weirdly the self serve checkout at Footscray Coles was closed today. I have seen them closed late at night at various coles but never during the day.

In addition the GC stands were not at the front of the store but moved inside.

Slightly OT but at the two Coles stores I visit in DRW they've added scanners on the customer side of the register, so you scan your own FB card and discount coupons. It's easy, faster and great for stacking offers.
