Can someome please confirm for 21 March that the 6:30pm SYD-AVV JQ609 arriving 8:05pm then turns around as the 8:35pm AVV-SYD JQ610 arriving back at 10:00pm?

Are there any other JQ flights out of AVV at that time? I can't book a return but I can book 2 one-ways if I know same aircraft.

If you are looking for a status run, see here:

Nothing for me. Got the March QFF update to earn another 530SCs by end May to keep status.
It's general - i.e. not targeted. Your status will be extended to May 31st 2021, even if you take no more flights between now and May.

...
if your membership year ends:

- between March and June 2020, it will be automatically extended by 27 March 2020; and
- between July 2020 and February 2021, it will be automatically extended by 9 April 2020.
And finally, more information and FAQs here: Qantas Frequent Flyer Status Extension

So unless leveling up to a higher status tier is practical and much more economical to do this membership year (noting that if you level up status you‘d still have to do the flying next membership year to retain it) you are much better off only doing necessary travel till your membership year rolls over and only then trying to do the travel to retain status/level up.

Apologies I have email now. Good idea to give people time.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Regardless if you retain status via the bonus or via your own flying (or go up a tier) you still have to retain as per the normal process for next year

I bought flights on Amex to move up to Platinum before 30 Apr rollover. Looks like my plan is dashed and I’ll need to contend with extension of Gold for another 12 months
