Getting Random Responses To Issues I Haven't Raised!

I've had two replies from Qantas Customer Care this week for issues I haven't raised, one was about IFE not being available and now I've just had a reply about a seat not being available on a London to Darwin flight in June!

I have some serious privacy concerns about who is getting what complaints and the information contained in each...
