Hopefully for most if not all of us a 'conversation' is a two way street where ideas, anecdotes, directives, humour or suggestions emanate from one person with the other(s) giving feedback and actively contributing.
Not so with the initial Geoffrey Thomas 'conversation' video re aviation on www.airlineratings.com
In this under two minute long clip, Mr Thomas is joined by two women who murmur or nod in agreement re his various points.
It's worth watching as a case study in how to have a monologue not a conversation.
I'm not suggesting some of the points Mr Thomas makes aren't worthwhile, but why call it a conversation if the others shot in the video don't make any substantive verbal contributions?
