Garuda Domestic J class award availability

Booked a domestic business class Garuda flight from CGK-DPS for October using 15500 VS points for P2 but it seems Garuda are only releasing 1 award seat per flight even though inventory appears to be wide open. I recall several months ago there was large amount of award availability in J class on all domestic routes but even looking ahead to March and April next year it appears they are still only releasing 1 J class seat per domestic flight. Does anyone have any recent DP's of Garuda availability closer to departure? It's only a 2 hour flight to Bali but a cash fare of over 1000 AUD for that route seems ridiculous. I have purchased Y class and BidUpgrade is asking for around $400 AUD for minimum bid to upgrade.
