I used this lounge (it's badged DragonAir, but is of course part of the CX group) whilst travelling to Europe in J with AY about a month ago. I was there at breakfast time, and there was a reasonable light breakfast available (Chinese and Western). Drinks could be accessed from a couple of small fridges, self-serve. There was a selection of newspapers, nothing to get excited about, and wi-fi which worked nicely even when I moved around a bit. The connection was good enough to Skype my wife back in Australia quite smoothly. Overall it's not dissimilar in standard to a typical domestic QF lounge, maybe just a touch below this, but pleasant enough. The OW departure gates are very close to the lounge, and you are on a mezzanine looking down on the gate lounges, so you can time your exit from the G16 facility nicely.
Hope that's of some help....
