Fuel Surcharge Increase

When QANTAS last cut the fuel levy I saw ABC News show a very interesting graph. It was a plot of average air fuel price against time, with marks on it at each point where the fuel levy had changed. They'd also drawn a line across the graph at the point where fuel had cost what it now costs while prices were rising. At that point the fuel levy QF was charging then had been half of what they had just adjusted to levy to.
