The ACCC is flogging a dead horse here if it expects that Coles & WW to roll over . They will continue to offer the discounts even if it means they separate the offers from those at there respective petrol outlets. The "war chest" in both these organisations is mighty deep with more to gain in both camps , than an legal costs they " might" have to pay . Time to move on ACCC.
