Front 2 rows economy blocked. MEL - SYD

I'm booking a load of MEL SYD flights atm and in seat selection the first 2 rows of economy are blocked out. I'm WP, are these reserved for P1?

WP1 can see 4-5, WP can see 6-7 and SG can see 8+ at time of booking.
