Hi All,

I bought items from the online store from Marks and Spencer during the christmas double points offer.

Instead of the usual 5 points per dollar I should have received 10 points per dollar, however I have been credited for the 5 points... doh!

I'm wondering if there is a process I can follow to claim the remaining points from the vendor? I cannot find details of where or who to contact.

Thanks
Nick

Bonus Points are generally credited sometime after the standard points, sometimes up to 8 weeks, usually indicated in the T&Cs. Only recommendation right now is to wait.

There is quite a long thread about the QMall and points. You should be happy, many people (me included this time) have yet to see any points for some purchases.
