Frequent Flyer cards, are they still issued?

My old card expired in September, as it does every year, but this year I still haven't received a new card.

I contacted Qantas FF customer care via the website in October, but still haven't received a response from them (other than the automatic email).
 
Yes cards are still issued. They should get sent out when you reach a new status level or the end of the membership year.
Contacting customer care won't do anything. You need to contact Frequent Flyer directly.
