Am departing FRA schengen to schengen on AY in J as a OWE @ 11:30am via Terminal 2.

Looking at OW lounge site
https://www.oneworld.com/ffp/lounge-access/-/loungeaccess/fra

Seems AY direct me to Air France lounge which appears t be very average.

Am trying to determine if I have access to the Cathay or JAL (Sakura) or IB ?
In theory the IB lounge would be within Schengen zone.
But Cathay or JAL lounges ?

And any thoughts on 'best' lounge to use (Showers are not needed) but I do like in-house toilets vs using terminal / shared facilities?
