FM9465 delayed in SHA seven days in a row

FM9465 has been delayed at SHA for the last ten days, as a minimum*. It has managed to make up the time on five occasions. The worst delay was two hours and five minutes.

The worst delay was on the 18th August and was two hours and five minutes.

What has caused these delays at SHA?

Likely ATC flow control. ...2 hours is pretty much 'on time' for mainland China!
