Received an email from my Travel Agent.

What makes it better than the other 800 online travel agents? Do they highlight the improvements? Is it fee free?
I'm always interested in a new way to book if it's an actual enhancement and not a Qantas enhancement.

I put a test booking into the site BNE - HKG return with fixed dates at the same time on the Qantas site and this was cheaper by about 5%. I intend to do several "test" bookings including hotels to see the results. The site was asking for feedback from users.

Just put in a search for a flight I am planing from Vancouver to Las Vegas and the only direct, non stop service is Air Canada. Price on AIr Canada and this website is exactly the same, right down to the last cent. In this case I would always go with the actual airline website
