Flying with Etihad Velocity Platinum.

Hi All,

Quick query I'm flying Etihad to Munich as a Velocity Platinum. I have booked my flight online at Etihad and entered my velocity number. My question is around the fact it's not acknowledging me as a platinum. It's showing the luggage as standard etc. Is this a problem or will this be sorted by flashing my Velocity Platinum card on the day?

All will be good when you check-in. Double check that the boarding passes have your Velocity number on them when printed.

Worst case - contact Etihad directly by phone. They may even be able to help you with seat allocation etc as you can't do that on-line if you book on EY via the Virgin web site.

Totally ageee with above. Go to the 1st class lounge in AUH so much better.

You’ll go thru security on arrival AUH - when you leave that procedure look L about 30-40m further on, past a duty free arcade, for the wood paneling and sign for F lounge. Have a shower upstairs, get those nice bar men to make you something cool & wet..
