Flybuys points without buying

Article on financial times p.20, pic prob too big to upload but basically viewing ads gets you flybuys points. Need to have a look on android phone for Unlock Rewards app.

Anyone have any any luck with this? On iPhone away from gear at the moment so can't check android. Looks intriguing though!

There is another thread on this plus a discussion of the options in the flybuys targeted offers thread.

It's a maximum "up to" 1000 points per month and there are various points levels required to qualify for the full 1000 points. You have to click on the ads after you unlock the phone which transfers them to your web browser. if you swipe away the ad you don't get points for it.

For me it's not worth the effort.

If it was 1000 points each month for putting up with the ads after I unlocked the phone, I would do it. Having to click on the add and then keep track of how many points I was up to makes it too time consuming for me when all I want to do is check something quickly on my phone.
