Just wondering if anyone has flown on Fly Corporate (regional airline) and what their experience was?

Looking to use for some regional travel this year but keen to hear thoughts first.

Thanks!

I worked for them for five years, and while I have never paid for a ticket with them, will give my two cents if you're interested.

They are an extremely professional outfit with very high standards of the service they provide and what they expect from staff. While I was there I worked in of the charter side of the operation, we did all sorts of work like parliamentary travel, FIFO, freight, aerial imaging. Not long after I left they branched out into the RPT world which seems to be going well for them. I would certainly choose Fly Corporate over JetGo for example, who I hold in very low regard.

Worth noting they have been around since the 70s so while the name is new to most, the company itself (Corporate Air) is well known and respected in the industry. On the RPT runs they are operating the Metro 23s and Saab 340s. The Saabs are the 340B+WT model, so are more quiet inside than some of the older 340Bs. When they were bought from an operator in Canada, hundreds of hours and tens of thousands were spent refurbing those aeroplanes - and it shows. The Metro 23 is the biggest and best of the Metros, but won't offer the same level of comfort as the Saab.

Head Office is in Canberra, the company maintains it's own aeroplanes with a large hangar in Goulburn, but most of the action is in Brisbane which is their biggest base. Knowing what I know I'd have no hesitation in not only flying with them, but would be happy to pay a little extra if it were a choice between JetGo and Rex (the latter of which I have a lot of respect for).

Hope this helps.

Never heard of them but thanks for the information
