I have never had much interest in this scheme and am not at all surprised at its inevitable failure. I think you need to spend millions or dollars to receive an electric kettle as a gift! Won't be saddened to see it go and agree that it will be one less card to think about! Matt

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I've had a couple of flights from it. Mostly found it useful around Christmas time to either use points to pay off some of the credit card, or to get vouchers for use at Coles/Myer. With them having their own vouchers now (have you tried to use a Westfield voucher at any of the major outlets recently) the only use would be for the credit card. Since i have the card anyway, have to buy petrol and food anyway, it wasn't a problem to have it.
I will miss it, but not a lot.
Wes
