I have return flights Canberra - Brisbane, August 15-28th

Tonight I noticed that in the "my bookings" on my app it is only showing Brisbane to Canberra and the first leg is gone.
I looked online and all I get is an ERROR message when trying to go to my bookings on the site.

When I do a search there are no flights from Canberra to Brisbane on the 15th of August.

Do I need to contact Virgin or will they contact me? I can travel on the 16th but it is going to make things complicated with accommodation bookings etc

I've already changed these flights once, It's getting frustrating.

UPDATE: I am now able to get into the "my bookings" on the website and it is showing the status of my flight on August 15th as being FLOWN
Didn't know I was capable of time travel

I would definately get on to them. Yesterday I called the the1800 137 29 (edit.... should be 1800 137 294) number and within a minute I was through to an Australian call centre and she fixed my flight without any issues.

I haven't come across this number... Is it short by 1 digit?

Virgin called me yesterday and offered me 3 choices for my MEL-CBR return flights on 1 Sep.

1) Keep the booking
2) Credit to Travel Bank
3) Refund to my Amex.

Option 1 is out ad unfortunately for me I live in Vic and any hope of our borders opening, or of finding another State or Territory willing to accept even temporary escapees from the COVID State is precisely zero. And I can't see that changing any time soon :(

Option 2 just leaves money sitting around waiting for when, eventually I am allowed to fly again.

Option 3 - Yes - I will have the refund - credited back to my Amex within 3 weeks

Since the call, the flight has dropped from my bookings, although the PNR still shows up, but when followed comes up as an Error - which in my case is just fine.

45mins I'm still on hold with this number, and just got cut off because they are now closed.
How are you supposed to call when you work 8:30am - 5pm then they don't answer between 5 and 6pm ???

Just a follow-up
I found out they are actually open at 7am so right on 7am yesterday I called and got right thru, no on hold at all so the key is to watch the clock and the SECOND it turns to 7am call.
Got the flight changed to a day earlier, will mean more accommodation but at least It's done.
Now just to keep those NSW/QLD borders open.

Just on the phone to the call centre.. (what's the difference between the 1800 number and the regular 13 6789 one?). Noticed something similar with wife's next book (SYD-BNE return) where online shows a fairly confusing itinerary with a number of legs marked as flown (and it's impressive to have > 2 legs for what is a direct flight and back..)

Trying to get it moved as per above poster's last comment.. sadly the NSW/QLD border did not stay open..

Hoping it might reopen by November..
