QF have changed our flight time. CLE-DFW

We were getting in to DFW at 5.21pm for our connecting QF8 at 7.55pm. We're now arriving at 6pm.

So it's now a 1.55 layover instead of 2.34. Is that cutting it close? We arrive at DFW to Terminal C so its a short transfer to D. I'm sure it's fine, but still apprehensive about this sub 2 hour layover.

Apparently DFW has an MCT of 40 mins? That doesn't seem right somehow.

1.55 hours is plenty of time. Connecting to QF8 is the same process as connecting between any US domestic flights and that's why the MCT is 50 minutes.

Totally fine at DFW. You have plenty of time. The intra terminal service is pretty quick and easy and there's no security or anything else to clear. No concern (and if AA is late they can possibly get you to LAX to connect to SYD anyway)

Great, my main concern was flight getting delayed at CLE, which happens quite a bit.

This would be my nightmare scenario, as we'll have our two small kids.
