Flash flybuys to velocity bonus

Five days on since I transferred and still only 15% bonus in the account when I had responded to a 20% offer and transferred maximum points. Poor show.

Been now pointed to this thread and as advised in the other VFF 15% thread. I received 20% offer and are gold. Rest of the family who are Red didn't not receive an email.

I did a 2k transfer and only got 15%, not the 20% advised, so I've been ripped. About to travel O/S so too hard to follow up, but I'm sure many others will and hopefully be fixed in some remediation.

To those that were in the same situation as me (did a little late and had the 20% offer but only got 15%). I did the online complaint yesterday outlining the situation with VFF and received an email apologising for the folly and mentioned they had made the adjustment. (They did). Shame it was only for the 2k "test case", but good on 'em for fixing it up. To all who have a larger transfer bonus with a 5% differential, I recommend do the same.

Same experience here GSP. I wrote around 10 days ago and took a week to receive a response. They indicated they had experienced software problems so those who double dipped may find the points clawed back.

Wow, that's really nice of them, I got the same email too. Good form by VA, they're well within their right to claw back the points, especially seeing as some members would've gained multiple thousands of points as a result of this glitch in the "Velocity Matrix".

Now if this happened over at QF... I wouldn't even be able to imagine the carnage that would ensue... Members would've ended up with negative point balances (if that's even possible)!

I also got the mail from VA too today. Well done. That's why I always prefer VA than QF whenever I can, I just think they provide better customer service than QF in most areas.
