I've been an avid reader of this blog and am most grateful for all the info it offers.
I made Gold this year and hope to keep it
Its been a week of contrast's, absolutely brilliant service on QF in J coming back from Perth, couldn't fault a thing.
However trying to get points credited from an online purchase is proving difficult, the supervisor I dealt with today wasn't helpful and I intend to lodge a formal complaint about her.
I was told that an enquiry was made by them two months ago and that I would have to wait 'for a response before they could do anything about it''
Not happy Jan, I suspect I am not alone in getting points credited, the purchase was made in August.
 
Welcome aboard 1963transtasman, I can't offer any advice on getting the points you are owed other than don't give up. My motto for Qantas is "when the are good they are really good, when they are bad....." You like the rest of us have experienced both.
 
If the online purchase was through the mall, good luck and just keep persisting. QF have absolutely woeful IT systems and seemingly refuse to do anything to improve them, so you have to be prepared to fight every step of the way.
