First ever cancelled flight !!

I am not a frequent flyer by the standards of most on this forum but in over 200 flights this is the first time I have ever had a flight cancelled. So originally booked AKL-CHC on DeathStar but cancelled due to bad weather. So I was going to end up in DUD this evening anyway via Rental Car but I have requested DeathStar put me on a flight to DUD which after a 4 hour wait in AKL domestic (NO QP!!) still get s me there a few hours earlier than I would have arrived anyway.... Not the end of the world :mrgreen:

Yes would have to agree especially with no extra charges involved and rental firm very happy to oblige with changed pick up point

Only managed the Speights Alehouse in Queenstown , massive feed washed down with some of the gold medal ale :mrgreen:
