Finnair Flybe as Oneworld Affliliate

Looking at booking some flights with Finnair, noticed that some come as operated by Flybe; but this appears to be a deal with Finnair using their pilots and old aircraft. A Oneworld announcement seems to show that they should be treated as operated by Finnair.

Flew HEL-MAN-HEL last year with Finnair wet leased Flybe service last year, no problems posting. When researching this exact same question last year I recall that it may depend on whether the flight is Flybe Nordic operated or not, and it was suggested those out of the UK (e.g. Flybe UK) may be an issue, but I had no issues.

Flew HEL-ARN on Flybe Nordic last year. Only problem was Finnair staff in BCN refusing to check me through claiming it wasn't a Finnair flight.
