What do you think the best flight tracker is,

Open flights or Flight diary ect.

What have you found to be the best?

I use Flightdiary. Have used it for many years and it does everything I want it to do. Every one is different and it is impossible for one person to say what is best. Look at them, evaluate exactly what it is you require and go for it
 
I use Flightdiary and am happy enough with it that I haven't tried the others
 
Update: I have officially switched to flight diary because open flights is outdated and bothering me with errors
