Family travel thank you QF

A genuine heartfelt thanks to QF staff (phone bookings, check in and in flight crew) from myself and family of 6 recently travelling at very short notice Melb- Perth return for a family funeral. They were unaware of our reason for travel - service at all points to my wife and I and boys aged 4,7,10,13 was exemplary given we are a complicated bunch to keep happy at the best of times.

Thank you particularly to the female staff member in the Brisbane call centre. How do I provide compliment/feedback for her and ensure it actually gets through ? grateful for any members suggestions.

Sorry to learn the purpose of your travel, however glad our teams looked after you and your family during this challenging time.
