Family Pooling error

I've been trying to set up family pooling online a few times without success so rang up & did it on the phone which went smoothly.

Just waiting for Suncorp Visa (Citibank) to transfer reward points which they decided to do in two separate transactions. First lot credited almost immediately & they tell me it could be 2 weeks before the other lot do.

Did anyone find a fix for this other than phoning the GCC?

Tried on Mac several times - cleared cache - tried several more times. Tried on iPad - no good.

**Edit. It's now 5.24pm and just logged in again and it worked! :confused:
