Fairbanks hotel recommendations

Heading in mid-Feb on a northern lights/dog sledding bucket list trip.
I will be travelling with my sister so preferably somewhere where we can have separate rooms.
Somewhere central downtown and decent and clean.
Open to any recommendations. I'd be grateful.
