Thinking about arranging an F lounge visit again soon (while I still can!), but I can't seem to find any recent posts with any updates of what's on the F lounge all-day dining menu these days?

Anyone have any information or recommendations they can point me in the direction of? Many thanks in advance. :)

I was just looking for this the other day. Strange the Qantas don't publish the menu. But Rockpool had it on their website.

Hi dj, I will be there tomorrow afternoon so can fill you in if you haven't been advised already by then.

Salt and pepper squid with some sort of chilli dipping sauce and the cheese plate all come with my royal seal of approval :)

My favourite, the linguini, seems to have gone!:(

The sticky toffee pudding was to die for. But as it was a 'daily special', may not be on your menu.

Sounds good! I can't remember what I had last time I was there (some sort of mousse / ice-cream / death chocohol thing) but it was pretty great, so the bar is set high! :)

I used to love the squid, but found the quality to be a little in decline lately. Will have to verify in any case. :)

Will be there this Sunday as I start my F Taster / Degustation (as in F lights and not food but that too) run. Will take a photo of the menus and post.

I was sorely disappointed with it last time. Pork belly was good though.

Show off! :p

(but yeah, pics of every course please)

I agree as I found the Syd FLounge Salt and Pepper Squid not up to the same high standard as I'm used too in the Mel FLounge during the recent Syd FLounge run.

Had 2 serves last month ( quality assurance purposes of course) and both were excellent. Mind you the couple (?) of glasses of Taittinger may have played a part in that judgement ;)

Seems I'll miss you by a day! Very much looking forward to your TR, especially your TG leg - have always wanted to peer beyond the curtain on TG. :)

What show off? I saw the stacked Prawn plate you enjoyed that night and that you invited a lucky few to sleep over. Where was my invite?

Solely for the purposes of research, I will try out the squid on Saturday

Sleepovers at Chateau Lawlass have become par for the course after AFF drinks

Sometimes champagne breakfast in bed too...

Do report back. I think the declining quality of the salt'n'pepper squid could deserve a thread as big as the Great Pancake Discussion

Doable for ~A$750 Bkk/Hkg. The whole theme of the F Taster run is to seek out the 2.5 hour very affordable F flights that exist around Asia.

Darling we are on the same page. Try a side of smoked salmon. Works very well with the Taittinger. Then a cheese plate with an excellent Shiraz or more Taittinger as you await the fight. Of course a 60 minute massage also works well.
