Hi All,

I can not see the Award codes in Expert Flyer. Do any of the other tools show this?

From what I can tell the following are missing.

P - First Class Award Seats
U - Business Award Seats
Z - Premium Ecconomy Award Seats

Matt.

Apparently KVS can do it..... Bu i am not sure if that is just what they say or really can see availability.
KVS Availability Tool

Yeah, Expertflyer has been broke for checking Qantas awards for quite a while now. It's a pity, because it is a great service otherwise.

KVS has varying levels of access from free to paid. Been a while since I've used it though and assume you need to pay for the Award class access.

and according to an email response from the EF team, the QF award codes problem is not going to be fixed any time soon.

I think it must be a problem originating at Qantas' end as U class isn't searchable in Galileo GDS, although X (economy) class is viewable.

KVS seem to get around it by having access to several GDS's (including Amadeus which seems to show the classes). Of course you pay for this access, although once again, I'll comment I havn't played with KVS for around 2 years and can't tell what is currently shown.

Perhaps it's a Qantas ploy to try and stop these types of Award Searching sites from prospering. Not sure.
