What do you think are the expectations of passengers based on cabin flown and Tier Status
Ill start off with LCC pax.
LCC passengers:
The aircraft is punctual and clean
The airline has a excellent Take off-Landing ratio (i.e. 1 or close to 1)
The cabin crew are not dragons
The fare is the cheapest (less than a cab fare from home to airport) and therefore no ripoff has occurred.
They will be treated the same as a full fare or premium or high status pax when something goes bellyup or tech
