This could potentially be interesting for those keen on earning extra rewards.

Costs $7 per month or $59 per year with a free 30-day trial. The subscription product itself is currently in trial-mode, and will only accept a certain number of new subscriptions while they're rolling it out.

Benefits:
  • 10% off one shop at Woolworths and Big W each month (up to $50 discount per shop)
  • 3x points on all shops at Woolworths and Big W
  • Subscriber-only freebies and offers (including free products and additional boosts)
Everyday Extra - The easy way to stack on extra value, everyday.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Thanks
Can't see how we can go wrong with this. Mrsandye and I both signed up for the year
Giftcard purchases excluded from triple points in T&Cs

I just signed up for a year (which begins after the end of the free trial). Seems like a no brainer - the 10% off a shop of your choice a month more than covers the monthly fee (especially at the discounted yearly price).

I'm curious to see what the subscriber only benefits will be. So far it's showing me that I have triple entries into their Big Night In comp...not very uninteresting at all.

I've just signed up for the free trial too. I currently get a once a month 10% discount on a shop as I have my life insurance through Woolies. I'm not sure whether I can double up that with the monthly discount through this offer - I'll have to read through the T&C's

You also get 10% off once a month if you have an eligible Woolies phone plan.
If they can be stacked, i.e. 10% off and then another 10% off then it may be worth it if your expenditure is enough to cover the additional monthly fee.

No, they can't be stacked, they have to be separate transactions.

Until recently I had 2 x $10 per month (well, 30 days) Woolworths Mobile pre-paid services (with the second one in Mrs 2905's name, and associated with her EDR card), but the services rarely got used for anything other then 2 x 10% discounts per month. I'd sometimes struggle to make the second service pay for itself, so when this came along I cancelled it and signed up for the trial. After I've used the 10% discount on the remaining mobile service early next month I'm going to cancel it too.

(Maybe when Woolworths Mobile get VoLTE and VoWiFi I'll consider using them for our main services, but not before.)

Can't stack and don't think you can have more than one 10% offer per WW card.. of course you can have more than one
T heir T&Cs say you can have more than 1 10% discount just not on the same shop.
The 3X points does still happen if you also have a multi points booster.

I'll try it out this weekend, and get the 10% discount through the Woolies insurance, so I'll see if it does it again for this new scheme.
MrsK also has the Woolies Life Insurance and a Woolies mobile plan. I have her reward card details on my phone in StorCard app. So potentially I can get a10% discount twice there.
I'll report back on how it goes.

I was agreeing to being able get 10% off twice a month
Not so sure about the boosters as T&Cs seem to say not. I initially thought you meant the individual item boosters would be tripled which could stray into taco&catfood territory 😉

I went shopping yesterday having signed up for the free trial and….. nothing! I was not offered the chance to accept the 10% nor did I get triple points.

Have emailed but so far no response.

Just received a response

’Our sincerest apologies that your 10% discount advantage of Everyday Extra has not worked. Unfortunately, there is an error with Everyday Extra that we are aware of and we do really apologise! The Everyday Extra team are working to have it resolved as soon as possible. I do apologise that I can not provide a time frame of how long it will be but they are working on it as a priority.’

They gave me some points which was nice.

I wonder if the 3x points stacks with the double points on Woolworths Online orders for Delivery Unlimited subscribers.

I wonder if signing up to Everyday Extra will affect (ie reduce) the number / type of targeted offers you get.
Interestingly I normally get 15 boosters for products each week (it's been steadily increasing over the last 12 months), but this week it dropped to 12. I'll be keeping an eye on if that's a once-off or a recurring thing.

I assumed Jean Prouvaire was referring to the "spend x to get y points" bonus offers. (Not that I find they come all that regularly from WW compared to Coles, but they had been more frequent recently.)
