Hi,
I'm just a new member and am trying to educate myself by reading old posts with a particular interest in Etihad so I read lots of your posts which prompted me to enquire if you know if The Residence is ever available for miles redemptions? I can see plenty of Guest First seats but whatever date I try there is never any Guest Residence or anything similar. Would you mind giving me the benefit of your many years of travelling experience, please. Thanks in advance. Cheers

I assume it's not available using standard redemptions.

No, actually I was looking at the Etihad site itself but was going to use AA miles if a Guest Residence might be available. As a "newbie" I don't know the jargon either

I have reported the post so the mods can move it for you to a more appropriate area.

It's only bookable on Etihad Guest with EY miles. Miles are ≥ 2 million SYD-AUH one way.

Without knowing how easy it is to get EY miles 3 x first seems pretty reasonable.
