Etihad lounge invitation from Canberra Airport

Hello Velocity/Anyone

As a Gold, I recently visited the new Etihad lounge in Sydney - it was fantastic. I received my invitation when I checked in via the Etihad Priority check in line at Sydney airport.
Next year, I will be taking off from Canberra to London (via SYD and AUH) Can the Virgin Staff at Canberra airport, once they tag my bags all the way through to London, give me my Etihad lounge invitation, or do I need to visit the Etihad desk in Sydney.

Please advise.

VA staff in CBR won't be able to issue an EY lounge invitation. However, please feel free to proceed directly to the EY lounge upon arrival in Sydney as you'll be welcomed into the lounge with your boarding pass for your EY departure and Velocity Gold card. Have a great trip!
