English conman preying on rich women

A very common scam and I've had people try similar cough with me at various times.

Indeed just last week I had a person try the old run out of petrol scam and just needs $20 to get home. I laughed in his face and walked off.

Maybe I'm too hard but I see this sort of scam too many times to even be polite anymore.
