Flying J QF11. Just found out Encounter restaurant LAX closed 6 days ago. No more lava lamps or space age psychedelic bachelor pad atmosphere.
Also entire TBIT food court closed.
Saved by QF Jlounge!!!! However after I took elevator to level 5, I encountered a couple at QF Jlounge who said they should be let in as the Food Court closed. "its not fair!!! how are we going to get anything to eat-nothing's open..." then.. "Ill never fly qantas again..."
The INFQA threat never seems to work. The LCC shows on TV delight in showing passengers screaming the INFQA threat as much as possible.
substitute your unfavourite airline instead of Q eg J=nostar/jetstar, V=virgin,T=tiger etc etc..
I just wish the plates at QFlounge were standard dining plates instead of teacup sized saucers..But maybe its a DVT prevention initiative?
