I am a long time QANTAS Frequent Flyer, linked to my ANZ Visa, but am finding it increasingly useless, never being able to book flights to desired destinations and times.

I have been told EMIRATES linked to CityBank/Mastercard gives you realistic options for flights and times and availability, and accrues flight credits much faster than Qantas/ANZ.

Are there any comparisons, or comments on EMIRATES FF scheme.:D

Welcome to AFF xk140. What city are you likely to be flying out of?

I am in Canberra, but no International flights, so usually drive to Sydney or Melbourne - whichever provides best international flights. I don't fly Canberra to Sydney/Melbourne as flights DO NOT connect, and do not allow International Luggage limits as well as being expensive.

And sorry about spelling in thread TITLE
