EK415 Experience

I'm flying on EK415 later in the year in F, just curious what people think of this flight given its an early morning departure (6am) as ive always travelled to Europe/UK on the late afternoon flights that arrive in early am. Particularly interested in if this timing is any better from a jet lag perspective and loads in F.
