Recently got a letter from Earth, saying that my Earth+ card is been renamed to Earth Gold, I would like to ask if they'd send me a new card?? Anyone knows?

You will get a new gold card when the old one expires (or otherwise needs to be replaced). There will be no general mailout of new cards.
