Howdy,

I don't think this is possible... but I thought I would ask, as I'm not sure... and you guys would clearly know.

I just booked 4 Bangkok Air flights, for Mid Jan.

One of the FF options Bangkok Air gave me when I was booking was Etihad Guest.

I note that I can earn Velocity points on Etihad flights...

Is there some way (transferring points maybe?) that I can earn Velocity points on these Bangkok Air flights?

Cheers,
Rhys

Unfortunately not.
Worth a try - cheers.

IIRC:-> earning 5 points per domestic bangkok air flight... and 100 points needed for a domestic thailand flight... Not sure how often I'll be flying Bangkok Air - might never get a free flight.

IIRC there was a 15 point sign-on bonus or something... so I suppose I'll be 1/3rd of the way there tho.

Alternately you could join Etihad Guest and then burn the miles on VAustralia flights.

Not a bad idea.... but, I might fly Bangkok Air... whereas I'm probably better off getting Velocity points on any Etihad flights that I do.
