I’m unfamiliar with this Laneway DF - maybe just different names but same company. Are they the online portal for the Lotte DF store pickup desk in MEL arrivals just before immigration?

Never done Melbourne duty free, but aI think its run by Lottre. So you can order online and pickup before going through customs.
