Duty Free Bangkok Airport - Rumoured to be Commencing Gate Delivery

Heard some great news from a reliable source in the past week, that BKK is looking to commence gate delivery (same as SIN) for flights to AU for DF purchases.

Should be starting very soon - logistics for delivery from the various outlets are currently being mapped out, so with luck, it'll be up and running before I head out next month.

Seems the changes in LAG restrictions are starting to be taken on board finally - great news if it all comes together. :mrgreen:

SIN time restriction min 90mins purchase pre departure for gate delivery is serious PITA - totally wish they would scrap gate delivery - but as always YMMV.
